  2. How fast can I get my transcripts?
    As fast as you need them!
  3. What are your rates?
    Our rates are based on how fast you need the finished product and the degree of difficulty of the file.  They are also based on how many speakers are recorded and the conditions in which the recording was made.
  4. What types of audio formats do you work with?
    While we prefer to work with digital audio (WAV, MP3, etc.), we accept all types of audio formats, including mini and standard cassettes, CDs, VHS and DVDs. We even transcribe voicemails!
  5. Do you only transcribe for businesses and health care organizations?
    No! We work with anyone who has a transcription need—including authors, writers of family histories, podcasters and videographers.
  6. Will you deliver my finished transcript in my format of choice?
    Yes. We deliver the final product any way you want it.  Electronic, hard copy, CD's, condensed, full-size, searchable .PDF, Word, WordPerfect and ASCII.
  7. How do you keep my transcripts confidential?
    By using a HIPAA compliant Web-based application where confidentiality is strictly maintained. We also require our transcriptionists to sign confidentiality agreements.
  8. In what ways do you accept dictation?
  • Via telephone to our specially assigned 800 number
  • Via a digital handheld recorder and uploading the files directly onto our secure site
  • Via hand-delivery or mail
